Although I know I should not be encouraging this, I am willing to bet even Gloria Steinem paints her toenails.
At the T3 Kentucky Derby party last Sunday, Lu came up to Jenn Currie and the first thing she said was "I like your toenail polish," completely overlooking Jenn's lovely hat and outfit (not to mention her intelligence and character). It's sandal season, people — Lu is paying attention.

I feel so honored to get a glowing mention on Planet Lu! The polish that Lu liked is called Turquoise Seas by Maybelline, Express Finish. Pedicures are good for foot health, so encourage her without guilt.
I think my foot health is lacking. Don't tell Lu.
I can tell I am related to these toes. I have two long ones on each foot (longer than the big toe). It's in the genes. Sooooooo sorry. At least each of you has only one long one on each foot.
