Target Market

JCPenney has some Mother's Day television ads running right now that make me cry. Every. Single. Time. Am not saying that because JCPenney is my client (we didn't do these spots; a rival agency did). Am saying it because they took a laser aim at the squishiest part of me, their "modern spender" mom, and hit me. Go advertising.

Advertising has a place in this world because it works. The "Mom" did not spend a dime in the ad, and it made me want to cry because it is so nice and loving. The eyes show the love every time. I love you Katielou. Happy Mother's Day - now that you have experienced motherhood - a feeling like no other.
